Dinacharya – Daily Routine for Balanced Living

Dinacharya refers to the daily routine recommended in Ayurveda to support physical, mental, and functional well-being. The word Dinacharya is derived from Dina (day) and Charya (practice), indicating the disciplined practices followed from sunrise to sunset.

A well-structured daily routine helps balance the Tridosha, regulates the body’s biological clock, and aligns human activity with nature’s rhythms. Consistent adherence to Dinacharya supports preventive health and reduces the risk of lifestyle-related disorders.
